The US Open quarterfinal field is complete. Four matches are played on Tuesday and four on Wednesday, all of them at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York. Here is the full line-up, the confirmed order of play, and where to watch.

The Tiafoe-Michelsen winner is guaranteed a semifinal place, which puts an American in the last four on that side of the draw, and Pegula-Navarro is an all-American quarterfinal on the women’s side.
Wednesday’s quarterfinals
The Wednesday order of play is published by the tournament the evening before. The four matches are Zverev against van de Zandschulp, Blockx against Khachanov, Rybakina against Zheng, and Gauff against Andreeva. Zverev, who has had three late finishes in New York, said after his fourth round that he would be asking for the night session again.
How the field was settled
Alcaraz beat Tommy Paul 6-4, 6-3, 6-4 and Shelton beat Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-2, 6-3, 6-4. Tiafoe beat Daniil Medvedev 7-6(1), 6-4, 7-6(6), and Michelsen, the only unseeded man in the last eight, beat 27th seed Tomas Martin Etcheverry 7-6(6), 6-4, 6-4.
Monday completed the men’s half. Zverev beat Luciano Darderi 6-2, 6-2, 7-6(3) to reach the quarterfinals at all four majors this season. Van de Zandschulp came from two sets down and saved a match point to beat the French lucky loser Arthur Gea 3-6, 6-7(0), 7-6(7), 7-6(3), 6-4 in five hours and 13 minutes, the fourth-longest match at the tournament since 1991. Blockx beat 24th seed Francisco Cerundolo 6-3, 4-6, 7-5, 7-5, and Khachanov beat 14th seed Learner Tien 7-5, 4-6, 6-7(6), 6-1, 6-4.
In the women’s draw, Sabalenka beat Taylor Townsend 6-4, 6-3 and Noskova, the Wimbledon champion, beat 11th seed Marta Kostyuk 7-5, 5-7, 6-4. Pegula beat 16th seed Sorana Cirstea 6-3, 6-4 and Navarro beat 21st seed Anna Kalinskaya 6-4, 6-2. On Monday, Zheng beat eighth seed Iga Swiatek 7-5, 6-3 from 0-5 down in the opening set, Rybakina beat Naomi Osaka 6-1, 6-4 in 66 minutes, Gauff beat Iva Jovic 6-1, 6-4, and Andreeva beat 24th seed Anastasia Potapova 5-7, 6-4, 6-3.
Zheng is the first qualifier to reach the US Open women’s quarterfinals since Emma Raducanu in 2021. Blockx is the first Belgian man to reach them at all. Rybakina’s draw carries a ranking consequence as well: Sabalenka needs Rybakina to lose before the semifinals, and to win the title herself, to stay at No. 1.

What comes after
The women’s semifinals follow on Thursday and the men’s on Friday. The women’s final is Saturday, 12 September, and the men’s final Sunday, 13 September.
